High Performance Design

- Neo Penta Glycol (NPG) gelcoat finish assures for UV protection and colour retention with superior surface finish and hence superior asthetic look.
Casing / Shell
Round bottle shape designed casing can withstand high wind velocity, sudden shocks and vibrations than square type Cooling Towers. Round Shape has more strength than square shape for the same FRP thickness.
Round shape allows uniform air distribution which optimises the heat dissipation. Square shape do not allow uniform distribution which creates hot pockets of low heat dissipation.
We take enough care for perfect sealing of the segments of the round tower by continuous type sealent during erection, so as to give same effect of one piece FRP molded casing for better performance of the tower.
Honeycomb and ring type PVC fills are continuously vacuum formed and specially treated to provide the maximum contact area for heat exchange. The crossing air and water streams in close proximity, creates a diffused turbulence conductive to evaporation and efficient heat transfer.
We specially designed for uniform distribution of water over the honeycomb PVC fill. There is no motor, but with the jet recoil force to rotate and distribute the water. This is made of Aluminum Alloys to avoid corrosion. It consists of PVC pipes, on which a series of apertures are drilled longitudinally fitted on a light weight, PVC rotary head and mounted on sealed ball- bearings.

To reduce carry over losses through entertainment of moisture drop in air strain. Welltech Cooling Tower Pvt. Ltd. employ a unique honeycomb channel structure to effectively remove moisture from the rising air stream at the crucial moment.
HEADER & BRANCH PIPE
We specially designed for uniform distribution of water over the honeycomb PVC fill. The water distributes from header pipe to sub branches. These sub branches splash the water on Honeycomb PVC fills through PVC nozzles consists of PVC pipes, on which a series of apertures are drilled longitudinally fitted on a light weight, Double header inlet of PVC pipes will be used for uniform water distribution which gives better cooling.
SUPPORTS & HARWARE
All components like tower supports, motor supports, leg supports etc. are either hot dip galvanized or epoxy coated. Hardware is galvanized steel. Stainless Steel or phosphor Bronze hardware can be supplied on request at extra cost
