Temperature Loss Cooling Towers:
Temperature loss cooling towers primarily uses latent heat of vaporization (evaporation) to cool process water. Minor additional cooling is provided by the air because of its temperature increase. Temperature loss cooling tower selection and performance is based on water flow rate, water inlet temperature, water outlet temperature and ambient wet bulb temperature. Temperature loss cooling towers is a condition measured by a device called a psychomotor. A psychomotor places a thin film of water on the bulb of a thermometer that is twirled in the air. After about a minute, the thermometer will show a reduced temperature. The low point when no additional twirling reduces the temperature is called the temperature loss cooling towers.
The measured temperature loss cooling tower is a function of relative humidity and ambient air temperature. Temperature essentially measures how much water vapour the atmosphere can hold at current weather conditions. A lower temperature cooling towers means the air is drier and can hold more water vapour than it can at a higher temperature cooling towers.
Temperature loss cooling towers are smart control valves are manufactured with technical knowhow from universal ,self expanding, reusable ,friction free gland packing capable of working up to 385 degree c for most of chemicals within entire 0-14 ph. range. The gate, globe and control valves are made in web cast carbon steel as tm a216 body and have stainless steel 304 trim material. The control valves are offered in sizes from 25 mm to 150 mm, with on – off as well as linear proportionate characteristics where as gate and globe valves are in size up to 350 mm. smart valves have intelligent feedback electronic valve positioned interface card module capable of constantly giving feedback signals from valve to pin controllers the motorised control valves accept 4-20 ma signal from pt-100 rtd sensors and are controlled by self tuned pin controllers of Taiwan origin having fuzzy logics. the feedback signals from valve are fed to pin controller through electronic valve positioned interface card module and position valve plug accurately, controlling flow very accurately leading to very accurate temperature loss cooling tower control
