The round cooling tower is known for its outstanding design and technology. Being it round, the air flow in the cooling tower is evenly distributed. The tower design incorporates hot water inlet at the bottom collection sump flown vertically to the mechanical rotary sprinkler located above the fill media. The inlet water pressure rotates the sprinkler, featuring extended arm pipes with orifices to disperse water uniformly over the fill media. The evaporated water removes the heat from the remaining water. The warm moist air, which is driven through the fan deck will be discharged to the atmosphere.

PVC Fills

A pre-eminent quilaty and long life fill consists of modular block of PVC honey combs construction to create prolonged contact time of hot air with water for maximum heat transfer. The air pressure drop through the fill is negligible. 


The uniform distribution of water over the honey combs fills this sprinkler, rotates by self propulsion and eliminates the need for atomising the water nozzles. The head side includes ball bearing requiring minimum maintenance.

An aero-dynamically designed axial flow type fan is a well balanced construction. The fan blades are of case aluminium alloy. Fan with variable pitched blades is dynamically balanced for low vibration and high efficiency. 


Nozzles are constructed of Brass/Plastic Nylon used in cooling tower. The design ensures a fine water spray system.
